Ink. represents a new publishing initiative by Huge, and I was tapped to design the first issue. A departure from the agency’s digital focus, the newsprint zine is internally distributed and showcases the creative endeavors of Huge employees across each global office.
My design explores how the bold attitude of the Huge brand can be extended and modified to fit a print publication emphasizing the individual artistic pursuits of the agency’s employees. In addition to designing the zine itself and the editor’s letter insert, I designed the pull-out poster, which adopts a Donald Judd quote to express the ethos of the inaugural issue. For promotion on release day, I designed animated graphics to be played on office video screens.
